Exit out of Incredimail Program
Go to My Computer \C\Documents and Settings\Blonde\local settings\Application Data\IM\Runtime\Letter\
Select All
Delete
Do each folder inside the runtime folder the same way you just did the letter folder.
Go to My Computer \C\Documents and Settings\Blonde\local settings\Application Data\IM\Runtime\Letter\

Delete
